Acceptance of terms

By using Sprig’s services and the Wared platform, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept them on its behalf.

Description of the service

Sprig provides managed cloud services — server management, business email, and domain management — and operates Wared, a shared inbox that brings WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram conversations into one place for a team to work on together.

Wared is pre-launch. We are opening it to a limited number of teams under early access, and its features may change or be withdrawn during this phase.

Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Connecting channels

Running Wared requires connecting your organization’s official WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram accounts to the platform. You confirm that you are authorized to connect those accounts, and their use remains subject to Meta’s terms and policies alongside these terms.

You may disconnect any channel at any time. Disconnecting stops new conversations arriving from it and is not by itself a request to delete stored data — deletion is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Data Deletion page.

Client obligations and acceptable use

You must obtain explicit opt-in consent from your customers before messaging them on any channel, and comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the Messenger and Instagram platform policies, and Meta’s standards applying to all of them.

The service must not be used to send spam, or content that violates the law or the policies of WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, or Meta.

Your organization is responsible for what is sent from its accounts through the platform and for its content.

Data ownership

Your data and your customers’ data remain yours. We process it as a processor on your behalf, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Availability and disclaimer

We strive to provide a stable service, but the service is provided “as is” without express or implied warranties, especially during the pre-launch phase. Message delivery depends on Meta’s platforms alone and is outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sprig is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Fees

Wared is pre-launch; plan details and pricing will be announced later. Any future fees are subject to a separate agreement.

Termination

Either party may terminate use. On termination, your data is handled according to the retention and deletion policy set out in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Yemen.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post changes on this page with an updated date.
