Data Deletion

You may at any time request deletion of the data Sprig processes within the Wared platform — from WhatsApp, Messenger, or Instagram. Follow these steps:

  1. 1Send an email to [email protected] from the address associated with your account.
  2. 2Use the subject line: “Data deletion request”.
  3. 3Include your organization name and whatever identifies your account with us — the WhatsApp number linked to it, the Facebook Page name, or the Instagram account — so we can verify your identity.
Once we verify your request, we permanently delete your data within 30 days, including operational backups within their rolling cycle, and confirm completion by email. If you are an end customer who messaged an organization that uses Wared, that organization is the controller of your data and the right destination for your request; if you write to us, we will point you to it and assist it in carrying your request out.
